We had been trying very hard to keep both of those as orthogonal
issues -- we referred to the first in our discussions as overall
organizational structure and the second as internal reorganization. It
sounds like from this that we didn't do a good job explicitly saying
we see these as dependent but separate. (dependent in that the
internal reorg naturally will look differently depending on the
organizational reorg.)

Or did I miss nuance, Ted?
