If I am not mistaken, the draft which you mentioned above is being discussed in GENDISPATCH (it's an IETF working group). I have not attended workshops, conferences, etc. where language is the main topic of discussion. There are other topics which requires a lot of reading and that takes up my time. As an example, I read RFC 5378 again over the past weekend. I also read two or three other RFCs which are related to a protocol. Regards, S. Moonesamy
