That's interesting.  Why do you think reactive routing would be more
sensible in your case?

It could be a university project, in which case costs would go down
dramatically.  But you'd still need to convince a competent university
person that there exists a potential AODVv2 community, and that means
understanding where people might want to use AODVv2 in preference to, say,
OLSRv2 or Babel.
