Right, I thought that as well. And I didn't see any WG request for MDIR 
review on the other two drafts.

I believe both drafts (draft-kempf-mobopts-handover-key-01.txt and 
draft-arkko-mipshop-cga-cba-03.txt) have been extensively reviewed in 
MOBOPTS prior to being referred to MIPSHOP (Rajeev, please correct me if 
here if I am wrong).
