In general, is there are reason why we would want to allow the answerer to use a separate port than the one indicated by the offerer? There may be reasons why the offerer has chosen that specific port.

Also, I think it is semantically wrong to do as you suggest, as you would use the group attribute to indicate a SENDING capability.
