I can't think of one. In the legal text there's an important difference between
'participant' and 'contributor', and we might be looking to mix the two concepts
somewhat in the Mtgvenue context. It will just avoid future confusion if we add
a one-sentence disclaimer. OK, let me try:

Note that in the present document, the words "participate" and "contribute"
and their derivatives are not used in their formal sense as defined
in the IETF's intellectual property rules [RFC3979].
