Jonne is still on holiday with poor connectivity and I haven't
had a chance to discuss this with him, but I'm going to go
ahead and put this on the agenda.  Please upload the draft as
soon as submissions re-open, and in the meantime if you can
get slides to us ASAP that can help get information about the
draft out to people who are planning to attend the session.

One quick observation - your draft seems to cover two topics,
1) advocacy for meeting in new places, and 2) arguing for the
development of participation metrics.  You may want to split
those out, and possibly move section 1 into a separate document.
