Please take your layer 9+ arguments elsewhere. They are not  
appropriate for this list or WG. Thanks.

Let's focus on the matter at hand. Is this draft technically sound?  
Does it have engineering merit? If so, it's due proper consideration.  
If not, it dies. It's that simple.

IMO, this draft is a remarkably bad idea and does not deserve any  
attention by the WG.
