Vigilant and smart to me means the following:

1. Create a WG charter that is in scope with achievable goals.
2. Get the WG approved.
3. Deliver a standard that can be broadly supported.
4. Iterate.

The first part of P2PSIP that should be reliable, self-organizing and
iterative is >us<.
