If you want a permanent URI that will outlast the lifetime of
https://archive.org, use a "dated uri": (duri:2023:...)

Or, if you want to point to the document described by a landing page, you
can use tdb:.

archive.org would be a good candidate to participate in the resolution of
such URIs
