Hi Christer, I've added the following text at the end of section 8:

8.  WebSocket Connection Keep Alive

   [...]

   The client application MAY also use Network Address Translation (NAT)
   keep-alive mechanisms defined for the SIP protocol, such as the
   mechanism described in [RFC6223].

It will be submitted in revision -01 of the draft.
