Let's do away with that nonsense and address the issue squarely.  Both
Roman and Harald have provided you with solid technical arguments.
You have chosen to be un-swayed by those arguments, which is fine,
that's your prerogative.  However, it is clear that you have not
convinced anyone else to support your position either.

Thus, from my observer position, *this* working group has consensus to
impose limits.  Maybe one of the chairs is able to make a similar
assessment and, please, close this thread.
