Lars,

I went through all the issues you've created on github.
You will see I've been trying to help close off most of them in order to 
get this draft progressing.

I thought I should mention them all here, 'cos github doesn't seem to be 
notifying the tcpm list, like it does for QUIC issues and the quic list.
