Thanks Tom,

This thread has proved really helpful to me. The UDP-Options work has 
been through some of this before, but this time around I saw a few new 
things that were unearthed and a few things confirmed, and maybe a few 
things revisited that we'll need to follow-up. Everyone who chimed-in 
has helped, but there is now lots to digest.

For this to imapct the WG draft we need Joe to help us to collect the 
thoughts and try to present a summary to the WG. I'll hang back from 
more comment to allow that to happen.
