There is no existing mechanism in hosts to handle distribution of
address distributed by DHCPv6-PD using "a SLAAC like algorithm",
so that argument is not convincing.  Especially as "all nodes are
required to support SLAAC" is totally not relevant here, if the
prefix is not arriving as a RA with A=1.

(If I'm mistaken, please point to implementations)
