Fair enough, but then maybe the draft should be named "MSRP over 
webscokets via MSRP relay" to avoid confusions .. ;)

In that case, using the TCP/WS/MSRP wouldn't be correct in my point of 
view and the draft is ok as it is. I was thinking more in the scenario 
of the MSRP peer also been the Websocket server, that is very similar to 
the scenario we have in BFCP over websockets.
