It was not my intent to say "a mailbox provider has to resort to temporary
header fields in order to communicate results..."

What I was trying to say is "Absent our working for a given mailbox
provider, we don't know which header(s) are used by the mailbox provider to
convey message disposition and display information to their MDAs and UIs."

I apologize for the confusion.
