I have read the document (and provided comments to the author / list).

I support adoption and believe it is almost ready for WGLC (when I
read it last time I was only thinking of adoption, not WGLC. I'll
reread with a stricter eye).

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
