IETF decisions are made by the IETF by definition. I'm sorry to say
it but my reading of your emails is that you appear to be attempting
to side-track discussion into any rathole that appears on your horizon
but I'm sure that can't be the case. Can you explain what productive
end you are pursuing as it is utterly unclear to me at this point?
Because I'm just not seeing anything that makes sense in your recent
messages to be honest.
