Thank you very much for the offer.

At this time I do not need the pdf.  An interest I might have in it is 
to identify (1) how the 6lo RFCs are cited inside and (2) what does it 
say about bridging.  The first has an effect on Pascal claims, and the 
second on my Ethernet Adaptation Layer description.  But I can do that 
reading later.  Another reason I dont ask you for it is because I cant 
suggest anything else than dropbox or similar, and I suppose you would 
not upload it if it were not free.

At this time I am interested to know whether a person lambda can access 
the 802.11-2016 document.  I think s/he can not.  It is not free access.

It is because I need to refer to it in the OCB document.  Currently, the 
OCB document says only a description of the 802.11-2016 document is 
available for free, not the document itself (remark "Description 
retrieved freely", instead of "freely available"):
