p2p applications do much better if they can advertise a reachable address.
Sometimes PCP can be used, but other times not. Having to PCP is a burden,
and it certain affects the ability to use temporary privacy addresses.
(I regularly use Torrent for Debian/Ubuntu iso.  I run it on a machine with
public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses)
