Good, thanks. It might have been nice to see that formally announced but I guess
the new IAB needs a few days to get up to speed.

That said, can the liaisons let us know about the 2nd chair as soon as possible?

I see the arguments for a slight delay to substantive discussion, but I'd like to
suggest another topic that should be tackled early: what are the basic principles
of the RFC series and its Editor's role? I'm not sure that has really ever been
properly written down as a separate "mission statement" or whatever.
