Eliot,

Thanks for taking on this job (I didn't want it to be thankless, so I
thought this would be a good way to begin).

I think a guiding principal should be - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

To that end, is there an outgoing report from Heather from her perspective
as RFC Editor on what she thought was working and what she thought needed
improvement?

If there is one, sharing it with the group would be instructive.

If there isn't, would it be possible for her to write one?
