That’s a good point, but perhaps it also depends on just how much influence the RFC Editor is meant to have on the series versus other bodies.

Do people agree with Mark?

What is important to me is that we have an agreed basis for how to proceed with the discussion.  That’s something that I would like to nail down Real Soon Now.
