While I think what you're doing could qualify as anycast, as the above text says, anycast addresses have to be flagged as anycast addresses -

"the nodes to which the address is
   assigned must be explicitly configured to know that it is an anycast
   address."

That influences ND operation for the anycast address - the first ND NA response received after a ND NS is the one accepted, rather than the last, and Duplicate Address Detection is switched off for the anycast address. If my understanding is correct, the latter defeats one of the main motivations for duplicating the address on the 3GPP and LAN interfaces in your scenario in the first place.
