Thanks, Jay. From his actions in the storytelling lunch session, including responding to the first person who explained why he shouldn't be talking with "who are you?", I am concerned that this person might be a repeat offender in the future. I'm concerned about interim WG meetings where the bar to entry is lower than for full IETF meetings. If the intended blocking mechanism can work for interim meetings as well, that would be great.
