Thanks Huub,

At this point we have to options:

1) update the IETF draft to m = 9 bits  (note this m value range covers
the whole spectrum if the granularity is 12.5GHz.)
2) propose to ITU-T Q6 to amend the G.697 (m from 9 to 16 bits) and modify
the IETF draft to m = 16 bits.
