Loa's comment should have been addressed when the BIER-TE was taken out.
Other comments from Anand's, Olivier's and some of Ethan's are good
comments but from my point of view do not need to be addressed in the -00
version. They all supported the adoption after all and comments were
against the individual version of the draft. I am more than happy to
implement them into the WG version of the draft if the rest of the WG
agrees.
