Hi,

I was on vacation and still catching up on email - a couple of items from the charter:

- BIER-TE is out-of-scope per the charter for detnet, so it should not be included even in a working group document.
- this document is not listed on your milestones, we need to keep focus on completing the chartered deliverables.
