Hi,

Yes, I would like the draft to be published as an RFC at some point.

On the question of whether re-randomization is needed, I am personally
ambivalent but, based on my experience with the stringency with which the
community seems to want the nomcom procedures and rules to be enforced, I
suspect that the community supports re-randomization. Furthermore, while it
does increase time pressure, I believe it can be reasonably scheduled.

If people want this to go through GENDISPATCH, I'm willing to present it in
San Francisco.
