I'm fine with removing delta encoding though I don't think we need to stop
removing headers that don't make sense for logical channel.

      *  "Sec-WebSocket-Extensions" in an AddChannelRequest is applied to
the multiplexed connection.
      *  A client doesn't include the Upgrade and Sec-WebSocket-Accept
header as they don't make sense for multiplexed connection.

Do you prefer sending whole headers as if it's sent without mux? I agree
that we don't have to worry about any change on Upgrade and
Sec-WebSocket-Accept in the future if we send all as-is, so no strong
objection.
