Hi Chairs, IDR,

Many of people already mentioned with different words, but  let me provide
my comments on the questions as an operator:

1. Disagree on that these two drafts are identical since color exists in
the NLRI key part or not is fundamentally different for basic path
selection.
2. n/a
3. One draft should be adopted with existing policy enhancement to keep the
same path selection key, and thereby CAR should be adopted.
