Just so we are on the same page ...

I do agree what is today in some implementations in BGP to TCP interaction
is not sufficient.

I am just trying to suggest that we perhaps should do a little more work
before declaring victory here.

Yes current draft may detect some issues - which is better then nothing
modulo detecting fake issues. You think solution which is to be done at TCP
level is too much to ask or will not cover all problems.

Reasons:
- you just do not want to touch TCP code (if required to be touched) -
fully understand
- you think that local BGP to TCP socket may be the issue

Is this correct ?
