[Ietf-languages] Forms for Min Nan variants

Here are proposed records and registration forms for the Min Nan variants requested by Winston Sung. The registration forms have been updated to include Winston’s revised Description fields, to remove the redundant Comments field for 'pehoeji', to include clarifying information in the Comments field for 'tailo', and to conform to line length requirements and normal English spacing conventions (i.e. no space before or after slash).

Winston, please confirm that these updates are acceptable to you as the requestor.

The review period for these subtags ends Monday, February 12 AoE, the same as for the language subtags I posted earlier today.
