Someone we both know was mugged within a few blocks of the B.A. hotel.  I 
realize the US is not as safe as Australia, but how often does that happen 
in the places we meet in the US?

BA had other issues, not a lot of local attendees, only place I ever got 
counterfeit money from a bank ATM.  I like the city but I don't think it 
would be a good place to meet again.
