Well, let's have them :) and I also heard such desire from several people. I guess this kind of effort is not in topic for the IETF; maybe, as for DNSSEC, ISOC and/or ICANN could act as the hosts of a "Do* deployment" initiative that would also discuss the non-technical parts that are missing.
