Hi Donald,

I’ve read the new charter and hope the next two comments can help you.
1. At the beginning of the charter, prioritization and QoS/SLA are distinct as "various services". What is the difference between these two categories, and whether there is a clearer boundary.
2. Is it more appropriate to change the phrase "The Appropriate Performance Networking (APNET) WG goal is" to "The goal of xxx is"?

Best,
Hongyi

Subject: [Apn] Further revised draft Charter

I've gotten some comments and I've re-read some of the AD DISCUSSES and comments. Based on that I've updated the draft Charter as attached. Comments are welcome.

Thanks,
Donald
