The list is just a list of examples. There would probably be other
services and there might not be a clear boundary between the ones
listed. I think of "prioritization" as simple, pre-emptive
prioritization, sometimes done with the VLAN tag priority field.
QoS/SLA is meant to encompass more complex things like traffic
engineering, DetNet, network slicing, etc. These could be combined
into one point.

I don't see any problem with changing the word order.
