that's a meme, right?

the first use is still in wide use. i understand there's also wide 
misunderstanding. but just as the RBL will always mean blackhole list to 
many people (not a block list no matter what the marketing department 
may believe or prefer), so it is that a lame delegation still means to 
many what it means upon being coined in ~1989 or so at CSIRO.

if you want to fix it, for me or anybody else, i suggest not trying to 
do so with a meme. i'm joining your thus-cheapened date precisely once.
