Given the existing implementations/deployments and that it has a separate AFI/SAFI, I am supportive of the idea.

I believe the draft needs some more work. It does not seem complete.
It also has some editorial problems. I am in the process of doing an editorial review to send to the authors.

If this draft were progressed now, I think the directorate, shepherd, etc., reviews would call for significant additions/changes.

I am not personally involved but there are implementations and deployments as listed by others.
