I do not agree.

Most hotels now provide moderately good network service during periods
of light load but, more often than not, service gets bad during
periods of high load. And it really isn't that pleasant to have you
connectivity suddenly interrupted while your trying to do something
because you have to go through a stupid dance with their captive
portal every day.
