> Either one YANG module containing all of the crypto identities

I dislike this approach for a couple of reasons:
	- It might be hard to get good security reviews of an omnibus document as opposed to short docs that need different audiences
	- Not all crypto objects will advance, or be attacked, in lockstep; being able to revise the one short YANG document will make updates easier.
