I don't think that would be useful as almost every single line has changed:
	- Markup changes
	- Line-wrapping (one line/paragraph to old-school 78 char lines)
	- Massive content changes
	- Some sections moved around
If you have the git repo locally, then you can more or less do a diff but it's huge:

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I don't think a comparison/diff review is particularly useful. I encourage people to read the document and see if it's useful to newcomers, or it's omitting things or goes into too much detail, or has factual errors.
