+1

And for larger meetings, both computers are run by a third party
because the Chair's too busy to be fiddling with a computer.
At larger ICANN meetings, for example, panellists need to give any
presentation material and its order in the agenda to a data team in
charge of visuals 20 minutes before the session starting time.
5 minutes before session starting time, the scribe checks all
panellist names.
Panellists only have a small wireless device to control the slides.
Any interaction with the outside world is done by another person,
sometimes a volunteer found at the last minute, either onstage, or
someone in the audience who will ask questions on behalf of people
online. Many people Tweet.
