There was an unfortunate Etherpad crash during one set of sessions
some years back - that experience caused me to occasionally scrape the 
screen to a text file while taking minutes, and periodically asking
my minute-takers to scrape as well. 

(Status of the built-in history recall unknown after recovery 
in connection with this one failure instance.)
