But I haven't followed my own advice yet.  I need to write a draft.  I 
have some ideas, but I could use some help.  I should say, that what 
I've proposed doesn't come for free, and does have some open questions. 
Perhaps that's okay at this stage.  Please unicast me if you'd like to 
work on this sort of update.
