 > I would like to request to fix the name "Min Nan Chinese" in ISO
639-3 too, but have no information about how to do that.

That would require a change request to the new ISO 639 Maintenance
Agency.  The new procedure is still being defined, but there will
probably be an online form such as the current
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeMh0ThLA64kxccJG9QXSXa2Q1-I2EPZ_gnXD7ptOuPIbfBCg/viewform,
which, depending on the change request, will be complemented by
additional material that substantiates and justifies the request.

The current process via the former register authorities (in this case
SIL International) is described here:
https://iso639-3.sil.org/code_changes/submitting_change_requests

The upcoming new process will be similar.  If there is time to wait a
month or two, I would suggest to wait until the new procedure is in place.

In any case, you will need strong arguments why a name change is in
order, showing convincingly that the proposed new name is much wider
used, and/or that the current one is not appropriate.

Best,

Sebastian
