We're going to work on this directly with Rudi Geib (majority of comments) and hope to have new draft available sometime this week.

A number of issues have been raised, which makes it hard to declare
consensus on this document.  The authors are invited to submit
a new draft.  This will be followed by a short second WGLC to make
sure that all issues have been addressed.
