So we're a little late on ending this call, but for good reason. There
was more discussion than we've seen in a long time regarding WG
adoption of a draft.

Matthew and I have discussed the results of the WG call for adoption
of this draft, and given the more recent discussion on the list, and
private verification that at least two vendors plan to implement the
draft, we have agreed that there is rough consensus to adopt the draft
as a WG item. As has already been noted, there's nothing in the draft
that doesn't have precedence either in the WG itself or in related
work on MPLS-TP.

Authors, please re-issue the draft as draft-ietf-pwe3-oam-config-00.
