Just two small notes on this:

First, my studies mainly focused on typical broadband Internet access links (several Mbit/s). I did not comprehensively study networks with rather low bandwidth.

Second, unfortunately, my PhD thesis is still not published. In case that there is interest, I will offer a presentation about my findings once I am able to do so (e. g., in ICCRG or TCPM).
